A: The MyoVibe is the only vibration training platform that comes in three sizes to fit your needs and goals. It is larger and more powerful than other models and allows for a large variety of exercises to be performed, which isn’t possible on smaller models. It is also made with very high quality and durable materials.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF VIBRATION DOES THE MYOVIBE PROVIDE?
A: The MyoVibe delivers horizontal and vertical vibration and the vibration speed is adjustable from 13.33 Hz – 46.66 Hz. (cycles per second). This kind of cylindrical motion challenges the body more efficiently and provides optimum muscle toning and strengthening.
Q: Why does a vibration plate work so well?
A: The vibrations that emit from the MyoVibe are produced in waves to allow a second's rest from all that muscle activity. The MyoVibe also stimulates natural movements we make whenever we use our muscles during physical exertions. Your muscles are in constant movement, thus making for a very efficient and effective workout.
Q: how do you learn to use the myovibe training platform?
A: With every MyoVibe purchase, you will receive two 30-minute training sessions for free ($99 value). These sessions will teach you how to use the MyoVibe correctly and efficiently. In addition, our Exercises page has a wide range of vibration platform exercises to ensure that you maximize the benefits of the MyoVibe.

A: The MyoVibe is 100% manufactured in the USA. We use a 15-layer Russian plywood from Gilroy, California. The motor and speed dial is made in Wyoming. The final assembly of the product is done by hand in San Jose, California. Since our products are custom made, production time is 2-3 weeks from the time of your order.
